Target Audience

Supporting Youth & Adults in Recovery

Pre-Addiction Prevention (Ages 18-24)

City of Zion is dedicated to preventing addiction before it begins, focusing on young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. Many of these individuals face trauma, instability, and a lack of resources, making them vulnerable to substance abuse. Our programs provide the necessary support to help them navigate new living environments and develop the skills needed for a productive and fulfilling life.

Post-Addiction Remediation (Ages 25-54)

Addiction has had a profound impact on individuals within Delaware, particularly within this age range. Our programs offer support, guidance, and recovery services to those who have succumbed to addiction. By addressing trauma, addiction recovery, and skill development, we aim to help participants rebuild their lives, maintain sobriety, and integrate successfully into society.
